Of course we support you...

With all games comes the need to sometimes understand more fully the variations that are experienced in different environments and with different players. It is the nature of the beast, and one that we would be very sorry for not paying serious attention to.

Luckily, you have a few options when it comes to Grimm:

* You can check our FAQ to see if the problem you're experiencing is a known issue.

* You can visit our forum and post in the "technicalities" board, and thousands of tireless zombie hamsters working round the clock for small bits of grit will answer your questions (if they have not been answered previously by other supplicants).

* You can contact us directly, but this can sometimes take a little longer, depending on what we've got going on that particular day.

* You can do absolutely nothing about the problem at all, sacrifice small chickens and maybe a sheep or two to some vaguely uninterested pagan pseudo-god, smear yourself with the offal, and call any errors you might encounter "messages from beyond the veil".

As a general rule, the fourth option does not improve your playability, but it does make for an interesting cocktail party.
